Filter keys

Apply various filters to swiftly detect missing translations and effectively manage your project translations.

To filter keys, while on the Translations page, click the funnel icon in the upper-right page corner.

You can filter keys by the following parameters:

Filter by

Select one of the following:

  • Empty keys: To filter keys with an unlocked padlock icon next to the empty Translation field. For such keys, an empty string is displayed in the WebUI, even if default translations exist.

  • Keys without translation: To filter keys with a locked padlock icon next to the Translation field. For such keys, a default translation is displayed in the WebUI.

  • New keys in the last 2 weeks: To filter keys that have been added within the previous 2 weeks.

  • New keys in the last 4 weeks: To filter keys that have been added within the previous 4 weeks.


Created: From

Pick up a date to filter keys added after it.

You can additionally specify the Created: To value to filter keys added within a specific time period.


Created: To

Pick up a date to filter keys added before it.

You can additionally specify the Created: From value to filter keys added within a specific time period.


Updated: From

Pick up a date to filter keys modified after it.

You can additionally specify the Updated: To value to filter keys modified within a specific time period.


Updated: From

Pick up a date to filter keys modified before it.

You can additionally specify the Updated: From value to filter keys modified within a specific time period.


Key

Enter a key identifier or a keyword to filter keys with matching identifiers.


Translation

Enter a translation or a keyword to filter keys with matching custom translations.


Translation ENG

Enter a translation or a keyword to filter keys with matching Default (EN) translations.


Click Apply filters to filter keys.

To reset filters, click Reset all.
